Interconnected Multilayer Model to Highlight Condensation and Expansion Mechanisms in a Retinal Connectome
I had the opportunity to write an article following the PNAS template for the lecture on Complex Networks Theory and Applications by Prof. Bovet. The topic required focus on multilayer networks, and I chose to conduct brain network analysis. I further explored the dynamics within a retinal connectome to uncover information flow dynamics such as condensation and expansion mechanisms, through new algorithms I had to imagine to analyze this type of dense and interconnected network.

Personal Feedback
I appreciated the freedom to explore topics in this project and was proud of the results achieved in about 3 weeks, reflecting on my progress since my bachelor project.
